How do wheat and barley grass get into the glass?
Our wheat and barley grass prospers without use of pesticides and herbicides , where the climate and the growth conditions are ideal. The harvest takes place once a year in spring when the young grass achieved a high nutrient content.  Finally the grass is carefully processed at low temperatures to protect the valuable content. For the product packaging we use exclusively product and environment compatible light protection glasses or boxes.

Which nutrients does Josef's wheat grass and Josef’s barley grass contain?
These food plants are a good natural donor for the important chlorophyll. Scientists in the USA found out that wheat and barley grass is a reviving food addition. The nutritional value is higher as when the individual nutrients are taken isolated.

Consumption recommendation:
For general food addition: 2-5 teaspoons of powder in vegetable juice or water / strewn over meals or 3 x 3-5 tablets per day. The quantity can be increased during times of strain without reservation. Stored in a cool place and protected from light tablets and powder can be kept for a very long time, an ideal emergency supply.
